The Kellers - New Life's First Family
Pastor Gary Keller, a
man called by God to oversee our church family, is first and foremost a genuine
Christian who leads by example.
His big heart and compassionate care for people make him a pastor after
God’s own heart. He enters the
pulpit each service, fully prepared through prayer and study, to minister God’s
Word. His style of preaching is
engaging by often sharing personal accounts to illustrate biblical principles.
He has a passion for missions and for seeing the lost find salvation through
Jesus Christ.
Pastor Keller and his wife, Barbara, have served New Life Christian Center since August of 1994. Prior to coming to New Life, Pastor and Sister Keller served for six years at the Muskegon Apostolic Tabernacle in Michigan.
Sister Barbara Keller is an anointed singer and musician and is integrally involved in the leadership of our music ministry. She also serves in many capacities of church duties behind the scenes, as well as coordinator for our church program at Christmastime and other special programs throughout the year. She and Pastor Keller married in October of 1979…and are still very much in love and devoted to each other!
Pastor and Sister Keller’s grown children are Kristin and Preston. Both Kristin and Preston have hearts for ministry. Kristin, also blessed with an anointed singing voice, serves as our worship leader, is the coordinator for the young adult ministry {ymi}, and works for New Life as Promotions Director. Preston, a talented musician and wonderful speaker, is completing his bachelor degree in theology at Indiana Bible College in May of 2012.
Our church congregation is very blessed to be served by Pastor Gary Keller and his wonderful family. We call them our First Family of New Life Christian Center. Their heartbeat is to help others to develop a close, personal relationship with Jesus Christ. They give of themselves tirelessly and completely to fulfill the call God has placed upon their hearts. For this, we are most blessed and thankful to God.
